What you need to do is start following are more fulfilling meal plan every day. Of course, every person is different.
Most people eat only 3 large meals a day, but some people process that food much faster and so they feel much emptier after every meal. Instead, I have 3 medium meals and what I like to call inter-meals. This means you eat smaller portions of food, but more often throughout the day. I, for example, have one every 3 hours or so. This is my personal meal plan.

9:30-10:00 - 2 ricecakes with cottage cheese and a cup of tea
    12:30-13:00 - Lunch
15:30-16:00 - 2 slices of bread and 3 slices of salami
    18:00-18:30 - dinner
20:00-20:30 - 2 hard boiled eggs with tuna and salad

As you can see, I eat quite frequently and because of my large muscle mass, I'm more inclined to eat protein., but you can set up your own plan going by the same schedule, it's really simple if you just take into account the balancing of your intakes. This meal plan along with regular exercise (3 times a week) helped lose a lot of weight as well.
Protip: to feel more full from dinner and lunch, drink 2 cups of water before and after the meals. You feel more full because you trick your stomach with water and you get your recommended 8 cups of water a day as well!

Regarding the matter of shaking hands, it could be a sign of deficiency (because I doubt it's a sign of addiction withdrawal or cold weather, lol). If this has been going on for more than a week, I would suggest you go see your family doctor.

I definitely agree with others on drinking water if you can't sleep. Leave a bottle next to your bed every night. If you're struggling to have full meals because of work, I highly suggest having healthy snacks throughout the day. Fruits, granola bars, etc.
