    Food Tips?

    So lately I have been having late night cravings (mainly around 2-3am) like I get really hungry out of no where. Sometimes my hands start to shake because I'm so hungry. Anyone know any tips that you can help me with this problem? lol. Besides eating because I usually wait the night till morning and by that time I'm eating like someone who hasn't eaten for days. Could this be a disorder?

    You're hungry?
    Either distract yourself or drink water.

    If you're worried about this being a disorder go get yourself professionally diagnosed. Sounds more like boredom cravings to me.

    Try eating small meals around 5-6?
    I wake at that time to eat too but it's cause I workout 2-3 times a day

    I sometimes eat at night, what the problem with it? Yesterday at night at 2:00 am I went to eat pasta and a salad and went to sleep at 3:00 am.
    But anyway you're starving because you're not going to sleep at a proper hour ,so:
    -Or start sleeping in normal hours.
    -Eat when you're hungry and go to sleep.
    -Eat somewhere like 00:00 am to avoid this problem.

    like prettyboy said, that's definitely boredom cravings because i usually have them when i stay up working. try eating a small snack like crackers

    well, I guess the reason for my hunger is probably sleeping odd hours because my work schedule is crazy. it's rotating shifts so maybe that could be the cause of it all.

    Well, the problem comes from trying to achieve food. I have family that is already sleeping so when the light from the fridge turns on it shines into their bedroom so it sucks that I cant really achieve food to satisfy my hunger. Probably have the same issue as you thought since I work pretty late
